Integration Engineer

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with systems integration
• Experience with distributed modeling and simulation
• Experience with distributed simulation protocols such as High-Level Architecture (HLA) and Distributed Interactive Simulation (DIS)
• Experience with networks and networking concepts
• Experience with Joint C4I tactical systems such as Link 16, GCCS-J, AFATDS, C2PC, CAC2S, JADOCS, or Army Mission Command Systems
• Knowledge of the principles associated with creating virtual and constructive environments
• Ability to utilize network and distributed modeling and simulation tools such as Wireshark, Redsim, SIMDIS, or RTI-s
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
• Secret clearance
• HS diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the Marine Corps’ Live, Virtual, and Constructive Training Environment
• Design and develop systems for customer training and mission readiness
• Evolve systems with advanced technology solutions
• Broaden skillset into areas like technology, acquisition, and training design
• Merge software, hardware, and network capacity to create a persistent, networked, live, virtual, and constructive training environment for marines that supports all-domain training solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with the Team Awareness Kit (TAK)
• Experience with JLVC, Joint Exercise Control System (JECS), JCATS, JSAF, JLOD, JDLM, or ACE-IOS software
• Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems
• Experience with Battle Staff training
• Knowledge of the Marine Corps Training and Education Command, the Marine Air Ground Task Force Training Center, and Battle Simulation Centers
• Knowledge of the Marine Corps Synthetic Training Environment, or Force Design 2030
• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or IT
• SEP Certification
• Enterprise Architect Certification
