Integrated Master Scheduler

Associates degree and 10+ years of experience; OR Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience; Twelve years of experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.
4+ years of MS Project experience, preferably with a software or system engineering background.
Experience working with Program leadership to identify project slack and dependencies, develop, analyze, and manage schedules that comply with a program’s Statement of Objectives (SOO), Technical Performance Requirements (TPRs), Contract Work Breakdown Structure (CWBS), and the Contract Statement of Work (CSOW).
Experience establishing and monitoring the execution of the program towards milestones, key events, and significant accomplishment criteria.
Experience applying data analytics skills to simplify technical requirements, establish metrics, and apply data visualization through different formats and tools.
Must have experience in communicating with all levels of management.
This position may require the candidate to obtain a Top Secret /SCI clearance with ability to pass a polygraph at customers request.
Must be a US Citizen and able to pass the background check and drug screening.

The person in this role will work with program office stakeholders and partners to ensure quality inputs and baseline integrity aligning with government and company standards.
The ideal candidate is a motivated team player who understands how to effectively and independently drive timely and accurate support of the IMS, using MS Project.
We are seeking a critical thinker with expertise in scheduling best practices and compliance, able to make recommendations for alternative ways to view program information enabling program management decisions.
On-site work required for this position.
