Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Experience writing creative briefs and providing thoughtful creative direction
  • Hands-on experience with Builder.io or similar platform
  • Ability to effectively communicate across various levels within the organization
  • Project management and time management skills are essential
  • Ability to work successfully with cross-functional teams & brands, handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the development of the overall integrated marketing calendar
  • Organize intake meetings with key stakeholders to develop various programming (seasonal, supplier, category, pricing, etc.) for the integrated marketing calendar
  • Conduct and run routine follow-up meetings with stakeholders to ensure timing alignment and communicate any changes to the integrated marketing calendar
  • Optimize the integrated marketing campaign process for communication, quality control, documentation, execution, problem-solving
  • Assist with offer and campaign test designs and proformas for continuous optimization
  • Complete all necessary documentation accurately and on time to facilitate creative kicks-off for each campaign
  • Complete and submit consolidated briefs to the creative services team for promotional campaigns
  • Manage correct execution of programming with channel owners to make sure the right message is reaching the right customer at the right time
  • Perform creative reviews to ensure information is correct and meets the outlined business objectives
  • Assist with campaign operations for offer strategy from end-to-end; promotional planning to program execution and measurement
  • Provide final verification approvals on all promotional codes and assets for promotional campaigns
  • Work with analytics to create campaign performance analysis and develop recommendations for future campaigns using insights from analysis
  • Partner with Analytics team to define campaign test objectives and KPIs
  • Perform routine competitive assessments, analyzing industry trends and identifying/recommending content or strategy recommendations
