Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required; Master’s/Advanced degree preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing technology with extensive experience in CRM systems and campaign management
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with an ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and translate complex requirements into actionable plans.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication abilities with experience working across creative, technical, and business teams.
  • Proficiency in using data analysis and reporting tools.
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation, implementation, and ongoing optimization of CRM campaigns, including updates to creative content, offers, and customer journeys.
  • Oversee the development, tracking, and execution of creative assets for CRM campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and market-specific needs.
  • Manage the ongoing tracking and performance analysis of CRM campaigns, providing detailed reports and insights to optimize campaign success and ROI.
  • Take charge of developing performance reporting systems and processes, delivering actionable insights that drive campaign enhancements and strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct regular forecasting to predict campaign outcomes and adjust strategies in real-time to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business goals.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working on broadband, telecom, or subscription-based services preferred.
