Requirements
- Active TS/SCI Clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in technical or intelligence field, or 5 years of experience designing, developing, and delivering intelligence training across multiple modalities
- Experience in IBS mission, objectives, and consumer/producer organizations
- Experience in curriculum development for military and civilian training programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in managing staff, personnel development, and mentorship
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement curriculum for IBS training programs tailored to IBS users, producers, and operations personnel
- Lead a team of trainers to execute curriculum on station and at customer sites for the IBS users and producers
- Solicit feedback from users and industry to ensure curriculum currency and relevance
- Design and update learning objectives, tasks, and visual aids that reflect system updates and modernization efforts for Job Qualification Standards and evaluation
- Conduct and manage outreach to communicate GIBSSC leadership direction and policy on training requirements
- Coordinate quarterly IBS Training Working Group meetings and use outcomes to inform GIBSSC leadership on Status of Training
- Participate in program working groups as needed to identify training objectives and availability
- Attend enterprise leadership discussions to ensure awareness of system-level issues and objectives
