Requirements
- strong insurance and annuity sales experience
- a Bachelor degree
- 5+ years of experience in financial services
- excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills required to effectively communicate with a variety of audiences, including financial advisors and potentially clients
- excellent relationship building, written and verbal communication skills
- ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced team environment
- FINRA 7 and 66 (or 63 & 65) required
- Active Life & Health insurance license
Responsibilities
- responsible for building new and maintaining existing relationships with advisors and field leaders to increase adoption/sales of insurance and annuity solutions
- conduct calls with financial advisors and clients on insurance and annuity products acting as their specialist
- collaborate with advisors to include insured solutions as part of a financial or retirement plan for clients with the ability to educate advisors on delivering insurance and annuity solutions
- executing on proactive call campaigns as well as responding to inbound product calls
- provide proactive and reactive advice for advisors and field leaders on insurance and annuity products and structuring
- coordinating, planning, and presenting both internal and external educational events for financial advisors
- maintain an effective relationships with internal and external insurance company partners to help drive business and increase activity
- develop and maintain, training and educational materials designed to support the insurance and annuity businesses
