Requirements
- Level 1 General Insurance License
- 1-2+ year experience in auto insurance
- Client service focused with exceptional communication skills
- Excellent insurance product knowledge
Responsibilities
- Committed to providing an exceptional client experience by being connected to HUB International Insurance Brokers in the bigger picture; understanding the vision, mission, and goals while effecting HUB values in our day to day operation.
- Providing ICBC and private auto coverage advice and sales to clients – new, renewals, changes, cancellations – servicing our dealerships and supporting in the office and in a call-center environment when required.
- Adherence to ICBC and private auto production budgets, timelines, policies, procedures and workflows.
- Interpreting and ensuring that insurer and BC Insurance Council rules and regulations are followed including compliance with inventory, along with handling of funds and documents.
- Handling customer enquiries and complaints appropriately.
- Commitment to sales culture by identifying new business opportunities (cross-selling) of other HUB market offerings.
- Commitment to personal growth and professional development to enhance skills, abilities and performance.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
