Requirements
- Hold an advanced degree (terminal degree preferred) in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or a closely related discipline
- Experience teaching a wide variety of students at the college or community college level
- Deep commitment to helping students of all backgrounds learn and succeed at mathematics
Responsibilities
- Teach courses including Precalculus, Concepts of Calculus, Mathematics: An Exploration, Applied Calculus I and II, Elementary Probability and Statistics, and Statistics I
- Advise students
- Engage with a diversity of learners and support first-generation students
- Perform other duties, responsibilities, and activities as required by supervisor and as departmental/University needs indicate
