Responsibilities
- Design content for online self-directed courses, virtual and in-person instructor-led courses
- Train employees in a roll-out environment and provide train-the-trainer to instructors
- Participate in meetings with management and/or subject matter experts to perform needs analysis and content approvals
- Create training scope, project plans, and storyboards for curriculum designs
- Follow a project plan with deadlines and keep the team informed
- Analyze results by measuring the impact of the training designed
- Travel nationwide for up to 1-6 weeks at a time to support expanding infrastructure
- Occasionally work evenings and/or weekends to complete projects
- Occasionally observe field employees performing their essential job duties
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Vyond, Adobe software (PhotoShop, Acrobat, Captivate), and Articulate Storyline
