Responsibilities

  • Design content for online self-directed courses, virtual and in-person instructor-led courses
  • Train employees in a roll-out environment and provide train-the-trainer to instructors
  • Participate in meetings with management and/or subject matter experts to perform needs analysis and content approvals
  • Create training scope, project plans, and storyboards for curriculum designs
  • Follow a project plan with deadlines and keep the team informed
  • Analyze results by measuring the impact of the training designed
  • Travel nationwide for up to 1-6 weeks at a time to support expanding infrastructure
  • Occasionally work evenings and/or weekends to complete projects
  • Observe field employees performing their essential job duties

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Vyond
  • Knowledge of Adobe software (PhotoShop, Acrobat, Captivate)
  • Knowledge of Articulate Storyline
