Design content for online self-directed courses, virtual and in-person instructor-led courses
Train employees in a roll-out environment and provide train-the-trainer to instructors
Participate in meetings with management and/or subject matter experts to perform needs analysis and content approvals
Create training scope, project plans, and storyboards for curriculum designs
Follow a project plan with deadlines and keep the team informed
Analyze results by measuring the impact of the training designed
Travel nationwide for up to 1-6 weeks at a time to support expanding infrastructure
Occasionally work evenings and/or weekends to complete projects
Observe field employees performing their essential job duties
