Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Environment and Natural Resources, Public Administration, Communications, or related field or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience involving project coordination, instructional support, editing, or community engagement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Support the instructional, administrative, and partnership needs of the undergraduate Capstone courses
- Provide consistent, high-level coordination and instructional support across multiple sections of the capstone experience
- Assist in connecting students, instructors, and community partners through high-impact, real-world projects
- Coordinate with SENR’s outreach staff, careers team, and alumni society to strengthen long-term community and alumni relationships
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Environment and Natural Resources or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in instructional support, program coordination, or partnership development (may include graduate assistantships or equivalent)
- Familiarity with OSU systems (e.g., CarmenCanvas, Office 365, Knowledge Bank submission tools)
- Comfort with editing documents for publication and supporting professional formatting standards
