Requirements
- Managing individual projects sold by Comfort Consultants
- Gathering proposals, material lists, permitting, and sourcing equipment
- Scheduling installation dates and securing payment with the customer
- Staying abreast of manufacturer requirements, internal tools, and financing compliance
- Building knowledge of ServiceTitan and its capabilities
Responsibilities
- Reviews project specifications, permits individual jobs, and orders equipment
- Captures installer labor hours and vacation days to ensure accuracy
- Schedules and tracks jobsite inspections
- Requests for Certificates of Insurance COI’s
- Assigns warranty recall to liable party
- Manages manufacturer rebates for equipment purchases
- Works with coordinators to collect customer payment and schedule installation dates
- Orders equipment by leveraging manufacturer intranet sites
- Communicates with the field installers on schedule, and general requests for support
- Seasonally assists the Sales Coordinator to book technician leads
- Registers products for consumer warranty
- Attends weekly departmental meeting to support the overall department and ensure alignment
