Requirements
- Bachelors in Business, Security studies, Computer science, Behavioral Science, or Criminal Justice.
- 10+ years of relevant business area expertise in Counterintelligence (CI) Insider Threat programs, Information Assurance, Security, and/or Law Enforcement.
- Experience managing a team and independently prioritizing resources.
- CISSP and appropriate ND 50-05/DoD 8570.01-M certification.
- Active TS/SCI CI Poly.
- Ability to travel worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Provide expertise and support for Counterintelligence (CI) Insider Threat programs, Information Assurance, Security, and Law Enforcement.
- Manage and lead a team, prioritizing resources to ensure effective threat analysis and response.
- Develop and implement strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate insider threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security protocols and practices.
- Conduct thorough investigations and analysis of potential insider threats.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including ND 50-05/DoD 8570.01-M.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and briefings to senior management.
- Travel worldwide as required to support organizational needs.
