Requirements
- 2 years prior sales OR professional office experience required OR associate’s degree
- Solid computer and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing
- Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
Responsibilities
- Build rapport with customers without making a single cold call
- Use compassion and persuasion skills to prepare insurance quotes
- Advise customers on coverage
- Convert quotes into new policies
Preferred Qualifications
- Have an active P&C or personal lines insurance license (eligible for a $1,500 sign on bonus)
