Responsibilities
- Engage extensively with customers over the phone to generate rental leads and assist with their business needs
- Assist fellow sales representatives in coordinating rental agreements and supporting rental transactions
- Open and close rental contracts in adherence to company policies and customer requirements
- Coordinate and dispatch drivers for equipment deliveries and pick-ups to ensure timely and efficient service
- Serve as the first line of support, providing outstanding customer service to address inquiries, resolve issues, and build lasting relationships
- Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management
