Responsibilities
- Provides administrative support to Outside and Inside Sales staff
- Receives and reviews product purchase orders
- Performs order entry functions
- Fields incoming calls for expediting requests
- Maintains stocked inventory status and prepares monthly reports
- Takes customer requests for product parts quotes
- Enters parts orders and other order administration
- Organizes and maintains electronic file systems
- Communicates with co-workers, management, customers and others in a professional manner
- Assembles and ships submittals as directed
- Reviews and tracks commissions
