Requirements
- Experience leading and working with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and with external partners.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for helping partners succeed.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and other sales enablement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau).
- Knowledge of Elastic’s solutions and an understanding of the partner ecosystem is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programs, resources, and tools to support the channel and ensure partners are equipped to effectively sell Elastic solutions.
- Enable delivery of strategic sales plays to channel partners to align with company priorities and enhance pipeline generation and conversion rates.
- Manage operational tasks by collaborating with the channel operations team to streamline processes, track partner activities, and maintain accurate records.
- Act as a communication bridge across internal teams (sales, operations, product marketing, etc) to ensure alignment and timely support for channel partners.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of channel sales activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with channel partners to drive culture changing results at Elastic.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Elastic’s solutions and an understanding of the partner ecosystem is a plus.
