Requirements
- Coachable and Trainable, with a competitive ‘SAY YES’ attitude!
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Computer competency.
- Self-motivated and driven to make the money you deserve
- One year of previous high-volume outbound phone sales experience.
- No Mortgage or real estate experience is required!
- Prefers working in a high-energy sales environment.
Responsibilities
- Address the client brokers professionally, clarify the specifics and advantages of our flagship loan product, Ally, and discuss our successful value proposition of becoming an approved broker with Champions Funding.
- Be trained and developed as the lead conversion specialist within the wholesale non-QM space.
- Route mortgage broker clients to attend our highly informative webinar and procure non-QM loan submissions from mortgage professionals.
