Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Project Management or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Logistics, warehouse & 3PL operations within the logistics industry preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and warehouse management systems (WMS/TMS)
- Strong analytical skills, including data analysis, trend tracking, and report creation
- Excellent attention to detail, project planning, and cross-team collaboration
- Dependable, trustworthy, and able to work independently
- Ability to travel up to 50%
Responsibilities
- Assist and coordinate multiple e-Commerce logistics innovation and related projects from inception to completion
- Translate the operational and project requirements into the logistics processes needed for the e-Commerce operation, innovation and related teams
- Analyze project performance data, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Oversee communications with multiple stakeholders to collect valuable feedback/insights
- Assist implementation of automation solutions, including robotics, productivity initiatives, and warehouse management systems
- Communicate project progress succinctly and clearly to leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with e-Commerce logistics is a plus
- Previous experience for Final mile management system is a plus
