Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Three or more years of experience in management or administration
- Ability to develop short and long term plans and objectives
- Computer experience with spreadsheets and other reporting tools
Responsibilities
- Leading and coordinating multidisciplinary activities pertaining to infusion services
- Overseeing the infusion operations team that involves patient scheduling
- Changing infusion workflows using digital technology
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Hospital Administration, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience
- 5 years or more of management experience may be considered in lieu of a Master’s Degree
- Clinical experience with Chemotherapy and/or phlebotomy (RN/NP/PA/PharmD)
