Requirements
- Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform or ARM templates
- Strong understanding of networking, storage, and virtualization technologies
- Familiarity with mid-range network configurations and cloud security practices
- Hands-on experience with Azure services and Kubernetes
- Strong communication abilities to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or cloud engineering
- Proven experience in managing hybrid environments and implementing cloud solutions
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the infrastructure team, fostering collaboration and technical growth while overseeing key projects
- Configure, optimize, and maintain systems, including virtual machines, storage solutions and network components
- Act as the escalation point for complex infrastructure issues, guiding troubleshooting processes
- Implement and manage cloud and hybrid infrastructure solutions to ensure reliability, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and implement automation to improve efficiency and streamline operations
- Collaborate with the IT Security team to maintain secure and compliant infrastructure environments
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure processes and configurations
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to execute projects and support evolving organizational needs
- Manage IT Infrastructure Operations after-hours support coverage
- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to infrastructure strategies
Preferred Qualifications
- Cloud certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator Associate) preferred
- ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus
