- Proven and best-in-class skills, education, and/or applicable certifications
- Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, BIM 360, Build, Bluebeam, Service Channel
- Experience working with internal and external development teams

Responsibilities
- Establish a clear vision and strategic direction for Real Estate Development technologies, ensuring timely prioritization of opportunities, leveraging top talent, and driving efficiency while making smart investments
- Provide ongoing visibility to the Real Estate Development roadmap developed in collaboration with internal business and technology partners and external vendors
- Evaluate and input on Real Estate Development technology product solutions to ensure they are built in the right way to meet business outcomes
- Provide features that unlock business and technology value
- Provide excellent proactive and reactive support for Real Estate Development technology solutions
- Work with the appropriate partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience
