Responsibilities
- Support the Workplace Services team
- Perform hardware repair
- Resolve software issues
- Monitor cloud platforms such as Windows Defender, 0365, and Microsoft Outlook
- Work with A/V equipment such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom
- Diagnose problems for end users and ensure resolution
- Gather data and monitor platforms to identify proactive solutions
