Information Management Intern

Passion for solving challenging problems using technology
Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, databases, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.)
Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Shell, SQL) is a plus
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience with object-oriented programming and ability to learn new programming languages
Proficiency with SQL – 2+ years experience in a professional or academic setting

Assist in monitoring system performance, application health, and incident management.
Help identify and resolve production issues, working with cross-functional teams.
Support in tracking incidents, documenting issues, and ensuring timely resolution.
Assist in developing scripts or tools to improve efficiency in monitoring and reporting.
Update and create knowledge base articles for troubleshooting steps and system processes.
Work with infrastructure, engineering, and business teams to understand and support production systems.
Provide recommendations for optimizing system performance and incident response processes.
Research and investigate data issues. Develop a deep understanding of the relationship between business process, systems and the underlying data
