Industrial Security Manager

7 or more years of work experience overall
3 or more years of industrial security experience in a variety of security support capacities such as, personnel security administration, physical security, communications security and other programmatic security-related field
Ability to obtain access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and/or Special Access Programs (SAP) information, or other restricted-level access
2+ years of demonstrated experience leading teams in a formal role
Ability to successfully obtain a Government Sponsored Polygraph

Manage and ensure the flawless execution of classified security programs at the SCI, SAP and other restricted or proprietary levels and achieves all operational goals.
Lead and mentor employees performing security administration activities to protect information from unauthorized disclosure, conducting security inquiries, overseeing compliance assessments implementation security controls protecting personnel, information and equipment.
Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company program operations.
Obtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies.
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
Assist with team members’ professional development and growth.

3 years of relevant security-related work experience working in one or a combination of the following domains: NISP, SAP, and/or SCI
2+ years of Project Management experience
2+ years of demonstrable experience building relationships and partnering with all levels of employees, including executives in the Defense or Aerospace environment
2+ years of experience communicating with internal and external customers
