Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Cyber/Technology Management, Business Management, or similar curriculum and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience working in Industrial Security, Information Assurance/Cyber, Special Programs, security management, military, or government information security programs.
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Long-term planning to meet global security compliance requirements, including interacting with internal and external security professionals and government customer organizations.
  • Manage contract security reviews to ensure requirements are consistent with the NISPOM Rule 32 CFR Part 117, and various other government directives as specified in the DD254 and contract Statements of Work (SOW) for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) efforts.
  • Assist program leadership and other security managers and representatives in resolving program security issues directly with the government customer, subcontractors, Raytheon Technologies (RTX) teammates, other GSS core capabilities and internal program personnel.
  • Assist local facility security managers in solving routine security matters at various local locations to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Advise and assist local government, military, and company security managers in solving security matters at deployed field sites in the continental United States and abroad.
  • Research contractual (SOW, CDRL, etc.) documents, internal directives, and the NISPOM Rule for security applicability and impact analysis.
  • Elevate classification issues to local subject matter experts and customer.
  • Assist in preparation of Transportation Plans, Transmissions Plans, and security plans as required in the movement of classified, domestic, and international transmittals.
  • Conduct necessary follow-up including interviews to ensure complete inquiries of security violations to identify root causes, corrective actions, and capability.
  • Assist cybersecurity teams in the planning and coordination of accreditation of classified Information Systems.
  • Organize security support, including security plan preparation and execution for off-site activities.
  • Assist locations with Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) preparation or audit finding resolutions.
  • Visit subcontractors and other locations to conduct formal assessments or provide security assistance as needed.
  • Manage and present program security reviews and training briefings to varied audience size and organizational levels.
  • Travel as required to provide necessary security support.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Raytheon franchise programs, including AN TPY-2 and XBR sensors, to provide enhancements within job area.
  • Knowledge of FMS and DCS efforts and their NISPOM security requirements.
