- Track record of supporting fast-scaling organizations or startups, with experience navigating ambiguity and rapidly evolving priorities.

Responsibilities
- Lead procurement strategy for indirect categories with a focus on SaaS, software infrastructure, and IT services, in addition to packaging, logistics, and professional services.
- Design and own scalable sourcing processes that support speed, compliance, and value — balancing agility with long-term supplier relationships.
- Partner with Tech, Product, and Finance to evaluate competing software platforms, negotiate contracts, and ensure commercial terms align with our scale and runway.
- Develop vendor evaluation criteria for tech platforms, including TCO (total cost of ownership), security, roadmap alignment, and cross-functional fit.
- Manage the full sourcing lifecycle: requirements gathering, RFI/RFP/RFQ, vendor negotiations, contract management, and performance tracking.
- Implement lightweight procurement systems or tooling to bring transparency and control without slowing velocity.
- Establish best-in-class vendor governance and SLA frameworks that scale with CookUnity’s growth.
- Stay ahead of market trends in technology, supply chain, and software licensing models to inform procurement strategy and de-risk decision making.
