Requirements
- Have Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Sourcing).
- Have a Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Procurement.
Responsibilities
- Defining and improving Sourcing strategies at plant level
- Advising Functional managers regarding projects, processes and procedures in the own field.
- Supporting Requestors on CAPEX projects for budget evaluation as well as execution
- Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.
- Contributing to project as a team member or leads small projects. Work goals typically take 3-6 months to complete and the time horizon for results/impact is typically 2-12 months after the event
- Managing indirect po’s assigned to you through Ariba
- Managing relationship with suppliers for indirect spend
- Detecting and signaling flaws in approaches, methods, procedures and processes and suggests improvements.
- Facilitating closure of invoices hold in Ariba for both direct and indirect spend
- Supporting Vendor onboarding / management in BH system (HICX)
- Identifying key suppliers / support initiatives for cost out on Indirect spend
- Reporting out KPI’s related to invoicing, cost out, OnTimeDelivery, …
