Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in administrative support or data entry
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong business writing skills with attention to spelling, grammar, and punctuation
  • Proficient in spreadsheet management and intermediate database use
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Able to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrates initiative, flexibility, accountability, and ownership of work
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage payee and user accounts through our online platform
  • Review and verify rebate claims, including evaluation of supporting documents and compliance with eligibility requirements
  • Generate and manage bulk data files for processing
  • Format Excel spreadsheets and upload data to our internal systems
  • Provide support on ad-hoc projects as assigned by the team supervisor
