Requirements

- Sales, customer-facing, or client services experience is a plus
- CRM/Salesforce experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Identify top quality opportunities through inbound leads
- Input accurate and complete data in Salesforce
- Track all activities in Salesforce including status updates and notes/future activities
- Set meetings & demo appointments to be handed off to the Account Executives
- Reach and exceed key performance indicators including calls scheduled, calls completed, qualified opportunities, and efficient response times
- Maintain strong customer relationships
- Develop skills necessary for promotion into a closing role
- Answer inbound calls using Aircall
Preferred Qualifications
- Sales, customer-facing, or client services experience is a plus
- CRM/Salesforce experience is a plus
