Requirements
- Three or more years of proven success in outside sales.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends.
- Knowledge of In-home sales process with residential customers.
- Bilingual/ Spanish Speaking is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Estimating job cost, preparing a proposal, presenting it to the homeowner, and closing the sale.
- Providing warm sales leads without canvassing or cold-calling.
- Participating in comprehensive training opportunities provided by the in-house Learning & Development team.
- Utilizing a company-provided take-home vehicle, gas card, phone, and computer.
Preferred Qualifications
- Plumbing experience is a plus but not required.
