- Able to cover the following primary locations: Bakersfield and surrounding area
Responsibilities
- Provide In-Home Health Evaluations
- Engage with people in the comfort of their own homes
- Conduct virtual visits as needed
- Provide all Signify Health services as indicated including Diagnostic & Preventive Services products
Preferred Qualifications
- Multi-state licenses (preferred)
