Responsibilities

  • Managing Financials software implementations for Member/Customers
  • Conducting effective customer interaction
  • Establishing expectations and timelines throughout the software implementation process
  • Providing application support to customers
  • Validating converted data
  • Conducting training and responding to questions regarding the software application and conversion process
  • Preparing and monitoring the Project Plan
  • Determining expectations and timelines of the Member’s conversion process
  • Compiling and analyzing business requirements
  • Providing superior customer support to internal and external customers
  • Communicating with all parties involved in the enterprise implementation
  • Performing on-site training or delivering remote application training
  • Designing and implementing system set-up configuration independently
  • Completing required conversion documents
  • Validating and auditing the accuracy of converted data
  • Assisting in other implementation areas and design teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience preferred
