Responsibilities
- Managing Financials software implementations for Member/Customers
- Conducting effective customer interaction
- Establishing expectations and timelines throughout the software implementation process
- Providing application support to customers
- Validating converted data
- Conducting training and responding to questions regarding the software application and conversion process
- Preparing and monitoring the Project Plan
- Determining expectations and timelines of the Member’s conversion process
- Compiling and analyzing business requirements
- Providing superior customer support to internal and external customers
- Communicating with all parties involved in the enterprise implementation
- Performing on-site training or delivering remote application training
- Designing and implementing system set-up configuration independently
- Completing required conversion documents
- Validating and auditing the accuracy of converted data
- Assisting in other implementation areas and design teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience preferred
