Requirements
- 7+ years experience implementing and managing complex and/or technical projects
- Proficient with project management tools, Smartsheet preferred
- Proficient with G-suite applications
- Experience in the healthcare industry (TPA, Network/Partner, Consultant)
- Experience working with employer benefits teams
- Ability to speak and connect with both technical and business personnel, at all levels
- Ability to make progress, recommendations and decisions with incomplete information
- Identify, evaluate and lead teams through prioritization activities
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Scope, execute, and manage the implementation process for complex clients onto Collective Health’s Workforce Health Management System, interfacing directly with clients, partners, and internal experts to build a strong foundation for client satisfaction, partnership, and success.
- Lead cross-functional coordination with commercial, CX, MX, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Legal teams to manage customization requests, partner integrations, and risk escalations across a client portfolio inclusive of small, medium, and enterprise clients
- Identify opportunities and develop process improvement and efficiency strategies to scale implementation capacities, improve the client experience, and reduce the cost to implement over time.
- Manage client expectations, dependencies, and deliverables throughout the implementation process to ensure a positive client experience in which key milestones are met on-time and within scope.
- Ensure leadership visibility on the project by providing regular updates, managing stakeholder communication, preparing reports, developing visibility strategies, and integrating feedback from executive stakeholders.
