Requirements
- MINIMUM of 10 years of recent experience working in loan operations
- The ability to provide communication on issues or complex information to a wide audience based on knowledge, including technical and non-technical personnel.
- The ability to translate client requirements to technical specifications and then explain these concepts to customer groups.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as excellent human relations, negotiation and documentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle high project complexity.
- A bachelor’s in business or a related field or the equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Conducting data analysis, product mapping and client interviews to assess data requirements needed to convert loans to IBS.
- Creating data maps and transaction workflow documents that show exactly how every field will be converted.
- Identify and provide solutions to complex mapping or interface requirements of unique projects and examines data field conversion requirements.
- Work independently on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles.
- Exercise independent judgment in methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
- Effectively communicate with all levels of technical and non-technical personnel.
- Support customers on new systems and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
- Implementation and/or conversion experience in the FINTECH or Banking industries
- Knowledge of FIS IBS loan system
- Commercial lending knowledge
- Experience with the Secondary Mortgage Market. Working knowledge of reporting and remitting of monthly accounting reports to FNMA, FHLMC and GNMA
