Responsibilities
- Consulting on using a CRM and setting priorities
- Representing Connections (CRM) as a Subject Matter Expert
- Managing the project of a CRM implementation
- Training client administrators and conducting end-user Train the Trainer for Connections
- Documenting and communicating status of the implementation externally and internally
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of customer-facing banking experience
- Previous user of FIS Connections
- Previous user of a CRM
- 5+ years of consultative/project management experience
- Familiarity with any FIS core
