Implementation Analyst

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
Preferably 2-3 years of experience in a relevant role
Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and client expectations
Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
Technical aptitude and enthusiasm for learning new technologies and languages
Great interest and understanding of financial markets and the investment process
Ability to work in a team setting and meet strict deadlines

Efficiently manage onboarding projects for hedge funds and asset managers to successful completion
Engage with clients to uncover their trading objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and meet business needs and requirements
Communicate with external brokers to facilitate trade execution
Configure trader accounts, environments, and trade routes
