Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, related technical field and/or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of applicable information security experience including Identity Access Management and Privileged Account Management.
  • Moderate experience administering IAM systems, access controls, security and risk management, and security governance fundamentals.
  • Moderate experience in MFA & SSO tools.
  • Moderate experience in administering Active Directory, O365, Azure, and AWS.
  • Moderate experience working with PowerShell or other programming/scripting languages and dev ops processes.
  • Moderate experience with remote administration tools, basic networking concepts and server administration including folder permissioning.
  • Moderate experience in creating technical and procedural documentation.
  • Basic understanding of database security and relational databases.

Responsibilities

  • Implement identity controls and settings that align with Athene’s policies and governance structure.
  • Work with Athene’s leadership team and key stakeholders to evaluate, create and implement least-privilege access models that align with Athene’s risk posture.
  • Support IAM governance, policies, and solutions across SSO and MFA, Active Directory, privileged accounts, and automation.
  • Assess, resolve, and escalate IAM issues that occur across the user base.
  • Secure access to both on-prem and cloud infrastructure, as well as to applications.
  • Administrate, analyze, maintain, and configure Athene’s Identity Access Management solutions. Perform reviews and audits of security access work.
  • Document access policies, processes, and exceptions, and maintain integrity for audit reviews.
  • Collect key performance indicators and related operational metrics, and track SLAs used to validate success as well as future areas of improvement.
