Ice Cream Go to Market People Partner

Previous HR Generalist experience at a CPG and/or Global Organization.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field with 3-5 years of HR operations and/or employee relations experience.
Experience using an HRIS system, such as Workday.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence others.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
Ability to manage and prioritize projects and day-to-day activities.
Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
Proficient in English.

Act as the first point of contact for employee relations inquiries, interpret policy, and advocate for employees.
Coach and counsel employees, frontline leaders, and managers on employee relation matters.
Lead and provide direction to managers regarding the Performance Management Process (PMP).
Own the delivery and administration of all HR transactions not provided by a third party.
Liaise with Expertise teams to manage employee concerns while adhering to policy and federal/state laws.
Conduct investigations, including write-ups, legal conversations, and coaching.
Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all key HR tools, systems, and processes.
Analyze data to make key decisions to drive performance.
Utilize Unilever &/or The Magnum Ice Cream Company resources to deliver business objectives.
Design, implement, and measure the impact of organizational interventions.
Report HR trends and issues within the scope of work.
Provide on-the-ground office support at the US headquarters, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any immediate HR needs.
