IBS Enterprise COMSEC Responsible Officer / KMI Account Manager

Active TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field; or 7 years of direct IBS experience in lieu of education
Experience in a large, distributed IT enterprise
10 years’ experience working with OCONUS networks serving international customers from multiple agencies, including COMSEC equipment and materials
Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments while supporting multiple projects
Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Oversee all COMSEC operations and services in IBS Enterprise Operations
Coordinate the work of COMSEC/KMI personnel
Providing technical advice and assistance for implementing the COMSEC program for Partner Nations (PNs)
Ensures compliance with COMSEC policies and procedures across the team
Reviews and approves COMSEC-related documentation and reports
Liaises with GIBSSC Director and external agencies on COMSEC matters
Assists in budget planning and resource allocation for COMSEC operations
Contributes to the development and update of COMSEC policies and procedures
Oversees inventory management of COMSEC equipment and materials
Ensures proper handling and storage of classified COMSEC information
Ensures availability/currency of keys needed to maintain GIBSSC operations
Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments
Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems
Undergoes agency COMSEC Account audits with successful outcomes
