Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 10 years of Aerospace and Defense Industry experience.
  • 5 years of management experience in Functional Management, Engineering Management, Operations Management, and/or Program Management.
  • Demonstrated capture experience, multi-disciplinary global business development, and strategy development.
  • Demonstrated people leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proven ability to provide independent critical assessments, that ultimately result in better outcomes for the enterprise.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain an active DOD (Department of Defense) Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead domestic and international capture teams to consistently improve probability of win, resulting in capture wins.
  • Develop, refine, and implement franchise capture strategies and provide strategic direction to capture teams.
  • Lead the Northrop Grumman advocacy in support of the IBCS Franchise.
  • Drive the U.S. whole of government engagement on behalf of on-going IBCS domestic and international captures.
  • Engage with the governments of countries with whom we have an on-going capture.
  • Support the IBCS Franchise Investment Strategy & Management, to include performance tracking.
  • Support the fiscal management of capture budgets, to include resource prioritization.
  • Knowledgeable in Customer Relationships Management (CRM) tools (e.g. Salesforce) while following the process standards of the Northrop Grumman Business Acquisition Process (BAP).

  • 15 years of industry experience in business development, capture leadership and/or program management
  • TS/SCI Clearance
