Requirements
- Proficient in JavaScript/CSS, React, and other modern JavaScript frameworks
- Ability to engage with system users and business analysts to identify system enhancements and/or new applications
- Experience in undertaking impact assessments of change requests against applications/products
- Ability to create/review component designs & builds to ensure compatibility with the end-to-end system design
- Experience in ensuring that technical engineering quality standards/benchmarks are met
- Ability to document all work in accordance with agreed standards
Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality software solutions using JavaScript/CSS, React, and other modern JavaScript frameworks
- Provide accurate and timely input to Project Manager regarding status of technical tasks for self and team
- Engage with system users and business analysts to identify system enhancements and/or new applications
- Undertake impact assessment of change requests against applications/products within domain
- Create/Review component designs & builds to ensure compatibility with the end-to-end system design
- Collaborate with other component design and build teams to ensure end-to-end system design is followed
- Ensure that technical engineering quality standards/benchmarks are met, taking remedial action where there are quality shortfalls
- Complete technically complex assignment work to budget, time and quality requirements
- Document all work in accordance with agreed standards, and with re-use in mind
- Change and collaborate with the Systems Designers from other areas to ensure end-to-end technical integrity of the development
- Evaluate and review emerging system engineering methods, tools and standards
