Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management
- Strong knowledge of IAM frameworks, protocols, and standards (OAuth, OIDC, SAML, SCIM)
- Experience implementing commercial IAM solutions (Okta, Azure AD, ForgeRock, Ping, etc.)
- Proficiency in at least one programming language relevant to IAM (Java, C#, Python, etc.)
- Understanding of directory services, federation, single sign-on, and privileged access management
- Experience with API design and implementation for identity services
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Proven ability to gather requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs
Responsibilities
- Design and develop proof-of-concept IAM solutions that address complex customer requirements
- Consult with customers to understand their identity management challenges and business needs
- Evaluate and recommend IAM products and technologies that best fit customer use cases
- Create custom code and integrations to bridge gaps between commercial IAM products
- Document solution architectures, implementation approaches, and technical specifications
- Present IAM solution proposals to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions
- Stay current with IAM industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud identity services (AWS IAM, Azure AD, Google Cloud IAM)
- Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance requirements (NIST, ISO, SOC2, etc.)
- Experience with infrastructure as code and DevOps practices
- Relevant certifications (CISSP, CCSP, vendor-specific certifications)
- Experience with identity governance and administration concepts
- Background in solution architecture or pre-sales engineering
