Requirements
- In-depth understanding of industrial hydraulics and associated applications.
- Ability to read, review and understand Schematic Drawings (Hydraulic / Electrical).
- AutoCAD experience.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Access).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Industrial Hydraulics.
Responsibilities
- Work with Account Managers, Customers, Hydraulic Systems Group members and all SunSource Joining Forces Companies to help bring them to a higher level in application design solutions.
- Be directly involved in the Layout and application schematic required to support the demand.
- Make sure all critical notes are included in the submission and drawings such as: Dimensions, System Pressures, Paint and Tubing size, etc.
- Update the Final Estimation Package for their System before submission and processing.
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical degree, preferably in Fluid Power or similar, is preferred.
- Fluid Power Certification preferred, not required.
- Experience in generating a Formal Customer Quotation.
- Experience in face-to-face customer sales calls, Industrial hydraulic systems application presentations and customer training.
