Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5 years of Human Resources, Legal or Compliance, or other related field
  • Familiarity with federal, state and local protected class designations and law/guidance pertaining to Equal Employment Opportunity

Responsibilities

  • Lead or provide support on investigations into employee relations matters, including harassment, discrimination, and other sensitive workplace issues
  • Educate leaders and employees on principles and standards related to the Respect Credo and Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging initiatives
  • Provide strategic and operational human resources-based advice
  • Promote the Hospital’s standards for respect through development and delivery of training and education programs
  • Support data and information collection, and develop reviews, presentations and strategic plans based on data analysis
  • Ensure teams and departments develop recommended interventions to address employee relations issues that emerge

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree or other Advanced Degree
  • Experience managing complex organizational dynamics
  • Experience conducting workplace investigations
