Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5 years of Human Resources, Legal or Compliance, or other related field
- Familiarity with federal, state and local protected class designations and law/guidance pertaining to Equal Employment Opportunity
Responsibilities
- Lead or provide support on investigations into employee relations matters, including harassment, discrimination, and other sensitive workplace issues
- Educate leaders and employees on principles and standards related to the Respect Credo and Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging initiatives
- Provide strategic and operational human resources-based advice
- Promote the Hospital’s standards for respect through development and delivery of training and education programs
- Support data and information collection, and develop reviews, presentations and strategic plans based on data analysis
- Ensure teams and departments develop recommended interventions to address employee relations issues that emerge
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree or other Advanced Degree
- Experience managing complex organizational dynamics
- Experience conducting workplace investigations
