Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience in a similar HR role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Excellent analytical, investigation and writing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Detailed oriented and strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Develop, review and update job descriptions
- Manage annual reviews and salary benchmarking
- Maintain accurate employee records and documents
- Draft, implement, and update company policies and employee handbook
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding laws and regulations, personnel policies and procedures ensuring compliance
- Support a safe, fair, and positive workplace environment collaborating with management to address HR issues and improve workplace culture
- Manage leaves of absence
- Special projects and other duties as assigned
