Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in human resources, customer service, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 months experience working in a contact center, customer service, or case management environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage Accommodation Requests: Process and coordinate accommodation requests from employees and candidates through Salesforce Lightning cases, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication.
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver high-quality service to internal stakeholders, including employees, managers, and cross-functional teams, by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on accommodation-related matters via case management.
- Maintain Compliance and Data Integrity: Ensure all accommodation processes comply with legal requirements, company policies, and guidelines, while maintaining accurate records and data in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with HR, Recruiting, and other teams to facilitate seamless communication, resolve complex issues, and drive process improvements.
- Analyze and Resolve Issues: Identify and troubleshoot issues related to accommodations, escalating complex cases as needed, and implementing solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Google Suite.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning, Workday, or similar contact center & HR systems is a plus.
