Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
- 5+ years to influence and build strong relationships with senior leaders across functions
- 5+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and linking relevant HR strategies to business outcomes
- 3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role
- Experience coaching or teaching others towards improved performance or meeting developmental objectives
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Human Resources Business Partners in support of cross-functional program leadership teams
- Partner closely with leaders to align HR strategies with business priorities, driving employee engagement and organizational performance
- Support and execute key HR processes including performance management, employee movement, talent planning, and workforce development
- Use data and people metrics to identify trends and inform decisions that enhance employee experience and business results
- Foster a positive and inclusive culture by advising on employee and labor relations matters, change management, and organizational development
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deploy solutions in areas such as compensation, labor relations and training
- Develop and implement strategies to improve communication, recognition, and leadership capability across supported teams
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies while promoting a culture of accountability and trust
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- SHRM, PHR, or SPHR certification
- Experience in talent strategy and employee engagement
- Experience with large-scale organizational change and geographically dispersed populations
- Experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
