  • Intermediate Excel Skills and Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

  • Enjoys tackling several projects simultaneously and working in a fast paced and high growth environment in a generalist role
  • Able to commute to the office located in North Reading, Massachusetts 3x a week

Responsibilities

  • Design and lead a consistent, high-impact onboarding experience that sets the tone for new hires and accelerates their success
  • Collect and analyze feedback from new employees to iterate and improve the onboarding process over time
  • Own the annual employee engagement calendar, ensuring key moments throughout the year are well-executed, inclusive, and aligned with company values
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to manage engagement initiatives within budget and evolve strategies based on employee input
  • Build and scale a feedback-driven culture by embedding feedback mechanisms across the employee lifecycle—from onboarding to exit
  • Manage execution of employee engagement surveys, analyze the results, and help translate insights into actionable initiatives that support retention, growth, and morale
  • Own the administration of our performance management platform (Lattice), ensuring it supports a culture of continuous feedback and growth
  • Support mid-year and year-end review cycles: communicate timelines, deliver platform and process training to managers and employees, and ensure smooth, on-time execution
  • Monitor participation and quality, provide summary insights to leadership, and resolve any roadblocks to ensure the integrity and effectiveness of the process
  • Work with the Head of People to identify opportunities to evolve the performance management approach—enhancing clarity, fairness, and impact across the organization
  • Design and implement employee recognition programs that celebrate achievements, milestones, and contributions
  • Support Learning and Development, Employee Relations, Total Rewards / Compensation as needed
