Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Highly organized and analytical with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) are essential.
- Experience in HR data and analytics.

Responsibilities
- Preparing materials and sourcing data to enable talent assessment, development, performance and promotion processes.
- Assist in monitoring and tracking both ongoing talent development initiatives and employee relations matters.
- Manage Workday data updates including but not limited to processing manager changes and transfers.
- Prepare internal meeting materials including meeting agendas and talking points.
- Play a key role in extracting and organizing data for insights in support of a variety of initiatives including, but not limited to, organizational development, and ongoing audit and management of team data.
- Preparing documentation to track personnel changes, including relocation, transfer, on- and off-boarding, work authorization, etc.
- Actively participating in the employee performance management process by guiding managers and compiling detailed feedback.
- Collaborating with the business to deliver engagement initiatives, mentorship programs, sponsorship programs, and talent development training programs.
- Partnering with Business Partners on exciting ad-hoc projects.
